Elda Naomi Phelps Ohrn, 63, died Monday in Las Vegas. She was born April 2, 1933 in Sloan, Nevada. A lifelong resident of Las Vegas, she was a homemaker, active in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day-Saints, including 5 1/2 years working at the L.D.S. Temple, and past Relief Society and Young Womens President. She is survived by her husband Richard; One son Jeffrie, and three daughters, Jill Warren, Cheryl Royal and Sandra Rothmund,all of Las Vegas; and 13 grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, Homer Phelps and Mary Cole, and grand-son McKay Royal. Services are scheduled at 2:00, Thursday at the Mesa Vista Ward, Galleria Chapel. Burial to follow services at Davis Paradise Valley Cemetery.
