Visitation will take place at the Escude' Funeral Home of Mansura, prior to the funeral services, beginning at 8:00 a.m.
Maxie Gauthier, age 75, of Mansura, passed away at the Veterans Hospital of Pineville on Sunday, November 21, 2010.
He was an Army Staff Sergeant in the United States Army and was a sales representative for Community Coffee for 32 years.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Guy Paul and Penny Scallan Gauthier; son, Bruce Lemoine; brother, Brian Gauthier.
He is survived by his wife, Sandra Cooper Gauthier of Mansura; son, Maxie P. Gauthier, II, of Rincon, Georgia; daughters, Renee Roy of Mansura, Jennifer Key of Foristell, Missouri, Tina Rostho of Denham Springs and Kim Smith of Mansura; brother, Johnny Gauthier of Mansura. He is also survived by his 14 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
