He was born Feb. 27, 1940, in Sikeston, Mo., son of Otis B. and Daisey Stephens Mouser.
Mouser was a dietary aide 14 years at Southeast Missouri State University, and 32 years at Southeast Missouri Hospital.
Survivors include his mother of Cape Girardeau; a sister, Dora Briggs of Mounds, Ill.; three brothers, Stanley and Avery Mouser of McClure, Ill., and Rodger Mouser of Cape Girardeau.
He was preceded in death by his father and a sister.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Ford and Sons Sprigg Street Funeral Home.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Cy Smith officiating. Burial will be in Fairmount Cemetery.
