Daisey Roxana Mouser, 91, of Cape Girardeau died Saturday, Aug. 30, 2008, at the Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeau.
She was born May 2, 1917, in Henderson, Mo., daughter of Thomas Jefferson and Effie Wills Stephens. She and Otis B. Mouser were married June 16, 1937, in Sikeston, Mo. He died May 11, 1993.
Survivors include a daughter, Dora Briggs, of Mounds, Ill.; three sons, Stanley Mouser and Avery Mouser both of McClure, Ill., Rodger Mouser of Cape Girardeau; two sisters, Alberta Allstott of Indianapolis and Roberta Jackson of Granite City, Ill.; 14 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, a son, a daughter, four brothers and a sister.
Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Ford and Sons Sprigg Street Funeral Home.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, with the Rev. Raymond Oxford officiating. Burial will be at Memorial Park Cemetery in Sikeston, Mo.
