Melrose Barnard Lynn,95,after many years of ilness, the Lord came to take her home on Thursday, October 29, 2009. She was born October 8, 1914 to Daniel and Susan Bath Barnard in Glennville, GA. She was a homemaker, enjoyed gardening and was a member of Great Oaks Baptist Church.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Jimmie J. Lynn and a daughter, Louise.
SURVIVORS: sons- Jimmie J., Daniel A., and William R. Lynn; eight grandchildren, many great-great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
FUNERAL: 11 a.m., Monday, November 2, 2009 at Watermelon Creek Baptist Church.
VISITATION: One hour prior to the service at the church.
BURIAL: Watermelon Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
