Wayne R. Bentley, 82, of 15 N. Mills st., a former automobile dealer here, died Thursday in a hospital here after a brief illness. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Saturday in the Booth-Soman funeral home, Oregon. Burial will be in Oregon. Born in Oak Hill, Jefferson County, Mr. Bentley lived most of his life in Madison. He retired many years ago. Surviving is his wife, Della, in an Oregon nursing home.

Wayne R. Bentley, 82, Waubesa Beach, died Thursday night in a Madison hospital after a short illness. He was a former Mitchell automobile dealer here and in Oregon. He had been retired many years. . Mr, Bentley was born May 19, 1876, at Oak Hill, Jefferson County, a son of the late Mr. and Mrs Tilling Bentley, pioneers of the area. He is survived by his wife, Della, in an Oregon nursing home; one sister, Mrs. Alma B. Young, San Leandro, Calif., and nieces and nephews. Friends may call at tha Booth Soman Funeral Home, Oregon.
