Chloe was the daughter of Moses Winters and Elizabeth Williams.
She married on September 2, 1794, Montgomery County, Virgnia, to Jacob Bingaman.
Mary was Chloe's sister. It appears that some early family historian confused the two sisters, and thus Chloe Winters evolved into Chloe Mary Winters, Mary Chloe Winters, Pollie Winters, Chloe Mary Polly Winters, Mary Chloe Pollie Winters, etc., etc., etc.
After 40 years of research, I have found no documentation or other solid evidence for any name other than "Chloe".
