Mrs. Grace Wilson died at her home In Cedar Rapids Wednesday afternoon at the age of eighty-two. She never lived here, but visited often with her daughter, Mrs. John McCosh. The body will be brought to Traer at 10 a. m. today for interment in Buckingham cemetery. She was an aunt of Mrs. Wm Brown and Mrs. Robert Whannel.

Grace was the tenth child of James Wilson and Jane Lusk. She was born in Poundland. She was married to Allan Wilson (no blood relation) in 1849 in Scotland. Allan died in Scotland. Grace, with her children then moved to the United States in 1880. In speaking of Grace, her brother, West, said she was a very handsome young woman. She first came to Traer, but shortly moved to Cedar Rapids, Iowa, where she lived many years. Sons were James (Sacramento, Calif.) and John (Los Angeles, Calif.) Daughters were Jane Lusk who married John McCracken, Grace who married John McCosh, and Robina who was a teacher in Cedar Rapids for fifty years and lived with her mother.
