Ill for several weeks, Harley
Ginther, 50, died yesterday morning
at 4:45 o'clock at his home in
Clay township. Survivors Include
nieces and nephews, Mrs. Viola
Bates, of this city, Frank, Clarence
and Floyd Ginther and Mrs.
Susie Randolph, of Burrows,
James Button, of Idaville,. Mrs.
Ida Helneman, Mrs. Ethel Engle
and Mrs. Cora Gregory, of South
Bend.
Funeral services are to be con-
ducted from McCloskey Chapel
Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock
with the Rev. E. L. Gates, of the
Market street M. E. church, In
charge. Burial will be in Victor
Chapel cemetery.

o'clock with the Rev. E. L. Gates
