Holdenville - Edna Lucille (Green) Conley passed away at home, surrounded by her family, on Sunday afternoon, November 14, 2010, at the age of 72 years. Edna was the daughter of Bert & Mollie (Roberts) Green. She was born on November 13, 1938, in the Gum Springs community, Hughes County, Oklahoma, and was brought up in the Gum Springs and Calvin area. She was married to Kenneth Glass on February 20, 1959 and lived in Modesto, California until 1970, when Edna returned to Holdenville. She was married to Glen Rowe on July 30, 1971. She later married Luther Conley on August 3, 1984. More than anything, Edna enjoyed her kids and grandkids. She loved fishing, gardening, going to church, listening to Gospel music and reading the Bible, visiting with family and friends, watching her grandchildren and listening to their stories. Being a wonderful grandmother was very important to her. She was very successful in showing unconditional love to everyone. She was dearly loved in return. She is preceded in death by her parents, Bert & Mollie Green; two husbands, Kenneth Glass and Luther Conley; one daughter, Vickie Cornell; one grandson, Jonathan Cornell; three brothers: Jimmy Green, Jan Green and Buddy Green; two sisters, Esther Geraldine Horn and Peggy Hale; one brother-in-law, George Horn. She is survived by three children: Clinton Glass, Westley Rowe and wife Karen, and Angelia Wardlow and husband Keith, all of Holdenville; twelve grandchildren: James Cornell, Shelly Dustin, Twyla Glass, Cassie Glass, Clinton Glass, Ryan Ledo, Rindi Ledo Danner, Breanna Griggs, Garrett Wardlow, Aspen Wardlow, Bryce Wardlow, and Bethany Wardlow; ten great-grandchildren; one brother, L. G. Green of Holdenville and one sister, Johnnie Gatewood and husband Joe, also of Holdenville; special friends Christy Harjo and Jolene Landry; numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends. Funeral services will be Thursday, November 18, 2010, 1:00 p.m. at the Pentecostal Holiness Church, and Edna will be laid to rest in the Holdenville Cemetery. Rev. Tony Chesser and Rev. Larry Chesser are the officiating ministers. Pallbearers are Jack Horn, William George, Stormey George, Dennis Langdon, Daniel Venable and Bryce Wardlow.
