William Perry Dale, 79 of Jefferson died at 2:30 p.m. Friday at his home. He had been ill three months.
He was born in Boone county and married Delcena Boyd in 1915.
He was a member of Siloam F & A M. Lodge 609 at Mechanicsburg for 58 years.
A retired farmer, he came to Jefferson from Big Springs community in Boone County.
Survivors include the widow a daughter, Mrs. Mary Belle Lawler of Frankfort and a sister, Mrs. Carrie Alexander of Danville.
