James I. Willis, aged 66 years, died at his home near Sugar Tree School-house Saturday night about 7 o'clock following a short illness. The deceased was born and reared in Jefferson Twp. He was a member of the United Presbyterian Church. He was survived by his wife and a son, Reverend W.W. Willis, pastor of the United Presbyterian Church in Irwin, Pa., and a daughter Mrs. Frank Hanna, of Foster Ave. He was a brother of George D. Willis, of Elm Street and half brother of Mrs. S.J. Allen of Gaston Ave. The body was brought to the Hanna home of Foster Ave. on Sunday and funeral services were held Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock, conducted by Rev. H.A. Kelsey, pastor of the First United Presbyterian church. Interment was made in Northwood Cemetery.
