Former Clay Resident Dies in Kentucky 6-6-1975
Harmony, IN, Ralph W MARKS, a retired photographer and Clay County native died Thursday morning at his Mumfordville, Ky residence, where he had earlier
suffered an apparent heart attach while cutting grass.
Marks, 81, formerly of Harmony, was a retired newspaperman and postal clerk. For many years he was a feature photographer for the Chicago Daily News. He
was a member of Mumfordville Presbyterian Church and Brazil Centennial Masonic Lodge No 541. Surviving are the
widow: Marguerite BARROWS MARKS
1 son: Ralph W Jr of Glen Ellyn, IL
1 brother: John of Coopers City, FL
3 grandchildren
Graveside services will be at 2 pm Saturday at ST JOHN CEMETERY, near Stearleyville with the Rev Tom Osbon officiating. Rentschler Funeral Home, Center Point is in charge of arrangements.
