Cause of death: Broncho-pneumonia.

Note: There is a conflict between the dates on this memorial and on the grave stone. Her death certificate shows the hand-written birthdate of Feb. 19, 1917 though it lists her as 1 year, 8 mos. and 9 days old which would equate to roughly Mar. 9 1917 on a date calculator. Her death date as shown on the memorial (Nov. 18, 1918) was certified by Dr. E. M. Hollingsworth on Nov. 22, 1918 and burial is annotated as Nov. 20, 1918.
