Rulon J. "Bill" Anderson, 75, Tremonton, died Tuesday, Sept. 10, 1991, at St. Marks hospital, Salt Lake City, of complications due to leukemia.

He was born Feb. 17, 1916, in East Garland, a son of John Thomas and Maria Robertson Anderson. He married Margrette Peirce on Nov. 25, 1940, in Brigham City.

He was reared and educated in Tremonton and graduated from Bear River High school.

He was a farmer and a retired employee of Thiokol corporation. His hobby was river-running.

He was an elder in the Eighth LDS ward.

Surviving are his wife of Tremonton; one son, Dr. Steven J. Anderson, Sandy; one granddaughter and her husband, Thomas and Dao Wahlen, Salt Lake City; one brother, Verl S. Anderson, Tremonton; three sisters, Etta O'Hara, Ruby Andersen, Grace Mohr, all of Sun City, Calif.

He was preceded in death by three brothers and two sisters.
Graveside services were held Saturday, Sept. 14, at Bothwell Valley View cemetery with Bishop Larry G. Webb officiating.

Arrangements were by Rogers and Taylor Funeral Home, Tremonton.
