Last Rites For J.W. Fetner TT t ob Held Here Last saturaaj V Funeral services for J. W. Fetner, 71. who died last Thursday at his home, 83 Gilmer street, following a two-year illness, were held Saturday from the Lanett Congregational Christian Church with the Rev. J. D. Dollar officiating. Burial was in the Lanett Cemetery with Johnson & Blakely in charge.
Mr. Fetner was a native of this county and had been a resident of Lanett for the past 25 years. For many years he was an employee of the Lanett Mill, but because of advanced age and failing health he was retired several years ago. He was a member of the Lanett Congregational Christian Church.
Surviving him are four sons, Carlton, Opp, Ala., George, Lanett, Emerson, Charleston, S. C., and Walter Fetner, Brunswick, Ga.; three daughters, Mrs. Ada McWhorter, LaFayette, R.FD., Mrs. Jack Pace, Lanett, and Mrs. Johnnie Landreth, Detroit, Michigan.
