GREENSBORO, ALA., Aug. 10 -- The funeral of Col. Wiley C. Tunstall, who died at Anniston in his 77th year on last Tuesday, was conducted from St. Paul's Episcopal church this morning. Rev. J. F. Hamaker and Dr. R. H. Cobbs officiating. All of Col. Tunstall's family , including Mrs. George A. Searcy of Tuscaloosa; Mrs. George W. Graham, of Charlotte, N. C.; Wiley C. Tunstall, Jr., and Mrs. Richard H. Cobbs, Jr., of Anniston; Alfred M. Tunstall of Greensboro, and a number of grandchildren were present.

Among the prominent men from other towns present were: Chief Justice John C. Anderson, Judge Wilkes Coleman, J. Kirkman Jackson, C. Brooks Smith, Judge A. P. Smith, T. W. Coleman, Jr., Chancellor A. B. Benners, and George D. Johnston.

Interment was had in the Greensboro cemetery beside the body of his wife who died a few years ago.

Held the office of Associate Railroad Commissioner longer than any other before him, leaving the office in 1906 after 17 years.
