Surviving are his daughters, Romona Boardwell and Brenda Dunaway, both of Davenport; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; sister, Rosellen Coontz, Buffalo, Iowa; brothers, Fred, Davenport; Roy, Buffalo, and James, Texas. He was preceded in death by sons, Dennis and Harold.
