Obituary:
P O Letson In a Duel Buried at Springtown
P O Letson, 51, who was killed in a revolver duel with R. C. Morris, at the Letson home in Fort Worth Monday, was laid to rest in the Springtown Cemetery, following funeral services at the Riverside Church of Christ Wednesday. Morris was also slain in the duel. Survivors of Letson are the widow and five daughters, Mrs. Jessie Knighten, Mrs. Joe Rhoten, and Mrs. J. E. Hampton, all of Fort Worth; Mrs. Elizabeth Baker of Orange and Mrs. Ann Beville of Oklahoma.
He is also survived by two sisters, Mrs. J. L. Wylie of Russellville, Alabama, Mrs Maude Nicholson, of Decatur, Alabama and three brothers; Albert, Jake and Oscar Letson, all of Russellville and seven grandchildren.
