Lucille Barr Conley was born February 1, 1921 in Nance Co. Nebraska to Scott and Ora Cookley Barr. She departed this life on October 29, 1971 at a hospital in Lynwood, California at the age of 50 years.
She grew to womanhood in the Wolbach community and received her schooling there.
In 1938 she went to California. She was married to Joseph Conley and they resided in Huntington Park, California. She was a member of the Wolbach United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her husband Joseph of Huntington Park, Calif., a daughter, Mrs. Loy Winfrey of Hastings:; two grandchildren; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Scott Barr of Wolbach, and two brothers, Alvin Barr of Wolbach and Lorren Barr of Silverton, Ore.
