MRS. SUSIE BEAN
Mrs. Susie Etta Bean, Duncan's Bridge, died at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at Community Hospital.
Born Dec. 29, 1888, in Shelby County, Mrs. Bean was a daughter of the late Steve Barton and Dora Patton Barton. She was married Jan. 27, 1907, to Herbert Bean, who survives.
Also surviving is one son, Lester, Waynesville.
The body is at the Greening Funeral Home in Clarence. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in the Monroe Chapel at Duncan's Bridge. The body will be taken to the church at 1 p.m. Friday. Burial will be in Phillips Cemetery in Monroe County. Visitation began at noon.
