Together they had five children: Adeline (LeMay), Laura Ann (Hartley)[#15963242], Jefferson Lee, Mary Alice (Cooley), and Blanche Jane (Hoffman).
She is buried in the Northwest Section, next to her husband Morgan A. Pipes and daughter Mary Alice Cooley. Headstone reads "Lyda H. Pipes"
