Occupation--Custodian Warren City Schools for 25 years. Was in the Dickey Ave. Elementary School when he retired in 1984.

Married to Emogene Roebuck Thaxton July 15, 1944. He was an Air Corps veteran of World War II and was a member of the Lordstown Senior Citizens and an avid sports fan.

Was the son of Charles Furman Seiple and Bessie Mills Seiple. Had 3 daughters - Virginia, Carolyn and Deborah, 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. A wonderful man and good father and husband. Sadly missed.

The really sad part is that he died on his wife's birthday.

Dad, just want you to know how glad I am that you adopted me after you married mom. I am so PROUD and honored to call you DAD. You never made a difference between me and your blood daughters. You are one of a kind and will live on in our hearts and memory. Love you. Daughter Virginia.
