Plantation #14, Washington Co., Maine. From Peter E. Vose's Journal - Oct 9, 1854 "Nathan Preston, wife and 12 children left here today for a home in Pennsylvania". The home referred to was in Honeoye, Potter Co., Pennsylvania near the New York State line.

Eva Ellis Hawkins (deceased) wrote that Hannah's husband, "Nathan, was a circuit rider preacher going about the country in New York State". Eva was Nathan's granddaughter.

It is believed that Nathan died before 1860 somewhere in New York State.
