her parents, three sisters, Dorothy Marlar Ayers of Booneville, Jewel Marlar Brown of Burleson, TX, Sula Marlar Gray of Forth Worth, Texas, and two brothers, Alvis Marlar of Sellers, TX, and Luther Marlar of Bartlett, Tenn. All of her brothers and sisters were reared in Mississipi. She was the last surviving member of her family and was the oldest child.
Survivors included five nieces, Nancy Ann Brown and Ella Sue Brown McGuire, both of Burlson, TX, Dixie Jean Brown
Hensley of Fort Worth, TX, Barbara Jean Brown Muncy of Monroe, N C and Dorothy Jane Choate of Mansfield, TX; two nephews Jack Gray Jr. of Fort Worth, Texas, and Thomas Luther Marlar of Covington, LA; many great nieces and nephews in Texas and a host of relatives in Prentiss, Co., and surrounding areas.
