Mrs. Laura A. Styer, wife of Joseph Styer, of No. 120 Sherman street, died Monday evening from a complication of diseases, in his forty-second year. She was born near Quarryville, and was a daughter of Mrs. Hester A. Book and the late Jacob Book. Deceased was a member of the Broad Street M.E. Church. Her husband and the following children survive: Maggie, wife of Harry Mowery; Thomas R., Lydia M. and Joseph E., all at home. Her mother, residing in Lancaster, and the following brothers and sisters survive: William J., of Kirkwood; Samuel F., of Connecticut; Luella T., wife of Harry Immel, of Lancaster; Emma J., wife of Edward Hummel, of East Downingtown; Catherine, wife of Highland Book, of Lancaster; Joseph B., of Lancaster; Maggie M., wife of Harry Book, of Lancaster; Thomas Roy, also of Lancaster, and Harry E., of Coatesville.
