DeQueen Ark., resident Catherine Griffin Montgomery, 75, died Friday at Christus St. Michael Healthcare Center. She was born Aug. 6, 1924, at Shreveport, La.
A homemaker and Methodist by faith, Montgomery is survived by her husband, Manton Montgomery, De Queen; one daughter, Judy Tomlinson, Idabel; one son, Ronnie Montgomery, De Queen; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild; and two sisters, Betty Winton and Pat Wolcott, both of De Queen.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in the Wilkerson Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. Joe Carlton will officiate and burial will follow in Mt. Ida Cemetery.
Wilkerson Funeral Home, De Queen, is in charge of arrangements.
