Also surviving is one brother, Charles of Vermillion, S.D.
He was preceded in death by one sister.
He worked in the planning department at Caterpillar Inc. before retiring in February 1982.
A U.S. Army veteran, he was a member of Havana Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 6408 and the Lakewood Golf Association.
Burial will be in Laurel Hill Cemetery, Havana, where military rites will be conducted by VFW Post 6408.
