William R. Seibert, 83, of Rock Island, died Sunday, Dec. 20, 2009, at Heartland Health Care Center, Moline. William was born on Sept. 1, 1926, in Galesburg, the son of Louis H. Seibert and Mayme B. Webber Seibert. He married Joyce M. Johnson on Feb. 9, 1963, in Galesburg; she preceded her husband in death on April 24, 2002. Mr. Seibert was preceded in death by his parents; and his wife, Joyce.
