Joyce M. Seibert, 70, of Rock Island, died Wednesday, April 24, 2002 at Oak Glen Home in Coal Valley.

Services are 11 a.m. Monday at Wheelan Funeral Home, Rock Island, with visitation 10 a.m. until the time of the service. Burial will be in National Cemetery, Arsenal Island.

Joyce was born Feb. 8, 1932, in St. Louis, Mo., to Joseph and LaVada Johnson. She married William R. Seibert Feb. 9, 1960, in Galesburg.

Mrs. Seibert was a homemaker who loved her family very much. She was a resident of Rock Island for 25 years.

Joyce was a member of the Milan American Legion Auxiliary.

Mrs. Seibert is survived by her husband, William; a daughter and son-in-law, Elaine and Marvin Hare, Rock Island; two sons and daughters-in-law, Rick and Nancy Seibert, Dallas, Texas, and Joe and Liesa Seibert, Independence, Mo.; and six grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents.
