Oswald Harold "Buck" Skinner, 84, of Lorenzo, Idaho died Jan 13, 1985 at the Good Samaritan Nursing Home in Idaho Falls of causes incident to age.Funeral services were held Jan 16 at the Echersell Memorial Chapel with Bishop Larry Harrop officiating. Burial was in the Annis Little Butte Cemetery in Annis, Idaho under the direction of Eckersell Memorial Chapel.He was born May 9, 1900 in Nounan, Idaho to Joseph Alma and Katherine Hunter Skinner. He married Kate Smithies on July 29, 1967 in Dubois, Idaho.Buck attended schools in Bedford Wyo. He served as an elder in the LDS Church. His employment included herding and shearing sheep, carpentering in Idaho, Wyoming, Montana, California and in Australia.Surviving his death are his wife Kate Skinner of Lorenzo, Idaho; children Dale Smithies of Rock Springs, Wyo., Mrs Ralph (Nona) Christensen of Lorenzo, Mrs Joe (Deon) Snyder of Shelley, Idaho, Mrs Norman (Rhea) Summers of Ririe Idaho, brother Howard Skinner of Thayne, Wyo., 22 grandchildren and 39 great grandchildren.
