Mrs. Irene Adams Leeking, 62, of 2023 Main St., Rothsville, died at her home Wednesday night in her sleep. She had been under a physician's care. She was the wife of Ivan W. Leeking, who died two years ago.
Born in Rothsville, she was the daughter of Amelia Fry Adams, Rothsville, and the late Harry Adams. She had been a resident of Rothsville all her life and was a member of the Jerusalem Lutheran Church.
Besides her mother she is survived by three daughters, Marie, wife of H. Leslie Ferrell, Deland, Fla; Doris, wife of Harold E. Witwer, Lititz R1; and Shirley, wife of Howard C. Shufflebottom, Willow Street; three grandchildren; two sisters, Miss Margarete Adams, Rothsville; and Mrs. Walter Bair, Lancaster; and two brothers, Harry F. Adams, Akron and Woodrow Adams, Rothsville."
