Francelle’s work experience included teaching, supplying art to restaurants from her Bethlehem shop, writing for radio in South Carolina and Indiana and working for the former Globe-Times. She also worked at Hess’s and at a land-holding company for nineteen years. She owned a land-holding business started with her husband in Schuylkill County.
Francelle was a former member of AAUW, the Bethlehem Palette Club, Church of the Manger and First Church of Christ, Scientist, Bethlehem.
Survivors: She is survived by four sons and a daughter: Mark of Saudi Arabia; Hundley of Sacramento, PA; Dale and his wife Lorna of Sacramento, PA; Jay and his wife Elisa of Garrett, IN; and Lucy and her husband Guines Wiley-Nieves of Catasauqua. Francelle was predeceased by a son, Major Robert Wiley, ret. USAF. She was also predeceased by a brother, Col. John P. Adams, Jr., ret. USAF and wife Flavienne. Survivors also include six grandchildren, two step-grandchildren and their spouses and 11 great children.
Services: A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, May 21, 2016 at Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St. Bethlehem, PA 18018.
