Etta is survived by her children: Dr. Roger Billings of Bastrop, LA, Larry Billings of Little Rock, Marjorie Baugh of Hot Springs, Merline Tice of White Hall, and Yvonne Williamson of White Hall; and her sister, Cara Mae Townsend of Delta, LA.
