Mike Jasper, 69, of Edgerton, Minn. died Monday morning, Oct 2, in a Pipestone hospital. He was buried Wednesday. Mr. Jasper was the father of Mrs. Dick Roetman of Orange City and a brother to James, Ring and Charles Jasper of this vicinity. The Jasper relatives went up to Edgerton for the services.
About 2 months ago, Mr. Mike Jasper underwent an operation for gall bladder trouble. He seemed to be improving steadily and was up and around in the hospital ready to go home. About 2 weeks ago he suffered a relapse from which he never recovered. He leaves 8 children.
