Hazel was a native of Snowball, Ar., and lived in Moss Landing for 10 years. She is survived by one son, Charles of Columbus, Ohio, five daughters, Donna of Lovelock, Nevada, Judy of Lovelock, Nevada, Billie of Moss Landing, Ca., Marie of Lovelock, Nevada, and Nancy of Lovelock, Nevada. Also nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Wife to Billy Tom Waddle.
