Important Parts in Reclamation of West
The Burley Bulletin tells of the death of Mrs. Florence Harr Spencer who died in San Francisco. Mrs. Spencer was born April 21, 1856 in Bentonsport, Iowa. She had resided in Idaho since 1861, first at Boise, then Silver City, Blackfoot, Caldwell and Burley. She leave a daughter, Mrs. Guy A. Johnson of Oakland, California, besides her son E. H. Spencer of San Francisco.
