CHILLICOTHE -- Geraldine L. Thompson, 77, of 1326 Logan St. died at 8 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 16, 1997, at Parkhill Medical Complex.

Born June 7, 1920, in Chillicothe to Charles and Pearl McLaughlin Donath, she married Ross Thompson on Jan. 18, 1939, in Chillicothe. He died July 14, 1986. Two brothers and two sisters also preceded her in death.

Surviving are two sons, Richard of Chillicothe and James of Warsaw, Mo.; two daughters, Mary Ann Hosler and Carol Buennemeyer, and one sister, Irene Zimmerman, all of Chillicothe; 10 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.

She was a member of First United Methodist Church in Chillicothe.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Weber Funeral Home. The Rev. Mike Hutchings will officiate. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Chillicothe City Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to Rescue 33.
