When Alexander's second wife Edith Ruth Bradford died in 1947, she was buried in Rest Haven Cemetery (Menard County). Alexander purchased a headstone for her which had both their names on it since he planned to be buried next to her when his time came.
But Alexander Moegelin would begin a new life when he married Dora Burgin, so when Alexander died in 1975, Dora buried him in Rest Haven Cemetery in McCulloch County. (Memorial 68893892)
