Services Held Thursday At New Jerusalem For Resident Of That Section
Funeral services for Mrs Mary Ellen Lutz, 62, were held at New Jerusalem Lutheran church west of Newton Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock, conducted by the pastor, Rev C E Lutz. Burial followed in the church cemetery.
Mrs Lutz, who was the wife of Elijah Laben Lutz, died at her home on Route 3, Hickory, late Tuesday. She was a daughter of the late Mr and Mrs Elbert Marlow of Catawba county.
