James A. McIntyre, 63, of 1709 N. Finney St. died at 1 a.m. Friday, Nov. 25, 1994, at his home. Born Sept. 26, 1931, in Peoria to Edward and Mary Hoeppner McIntyre, he married Donna Darrah on Sept. 29, 1951, in Peoria. She survives. Also surviving are two sons, Timothy and Edward, both of Chillicothe; one daughter, Christina Reed of Fort Myers, Fla.; one brother, Bernard of Sterling; five sisters, Dorothy Heinz and Agnes Sollberger, both of Peoria, Margaret Thompson of Hanna City, Bernice Knapp of Washington, Ill., and Ann Schrader of Arizona; and eight grandchildren. Two brothers preceded him in death.
