Mrs. Krawczyk was a retired school teacher and licensed practical nurse at the Jackson County Nursing Home. She was a member of the First Baptist Church, the Amoma Sidelis Sunday school class, Retired Teachers Association, Jackson County Nursing Home Auxiliary and St. Joseph Hospital Auxiliary.
She was born Jan. 21, 1905, in Cora to Murray Wilson and Anna Pearl (Rea) McLaughlin.
She married Stanley "Steve" Krawczyk on June 2, 1928, in Toledo, Ohio. He died Dec. 20, 1954.
Survivors include two sons, Robert Krawczyk of Murphysboro and Gerald Krawczyk of Belleville; two daughters, Patricia Burton of Springfileld and Doris Wisely of Murphysboro; three brothers, Murray, Fred and Cleo McLaughlin, all of Murphysboro; three sisters, Aleatha Mifflin of Murphysboro, Anna Crisler of Bridgeton, Mo., and Veneda Costello of St. Charles; 14 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one brother, Frank McLaughlin.
