The daughter of the late William Fletcher Boring and the late Nannie Jane Pumphrey Boring, she was born in Chickasaw County, she was the oldest citizen in Chickasaw County, she was the oldest member of First United Methodist Church in Houston. She was the widow of the late Burton Homer Baine, who passed away July 15, 1965 and was a homemaker.
Pallbearers were grandsons. Honorary pallbears were B. C. Hill, Jim Hugh Tabb, Herbert Miller, Dr. John D. Dyer, Dr. Charles Secrest, WIllie Foster, Mack Priest, Robert Lee Crawford,, Marvin Pearson, Jack Moseley and Boozie Rhodes.
