Adalaair McNinch, 52. a veteran
of nearly three years in the First
World War, was buried in Battle Creek Saturday.
Mr. McNinch was born in Mayville on Aipril 11, 1894, the son of Charles and Nellie (Ostrander) McNinch. He was in Army service from June 21, 1916 to May 19, 1919 He moved to Battle Creek shortly after he was discharged from the service. Since July of last year he had been working in the baggage department of the Percy Jones hospital, He was a member of the American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars.
Besides his wife, Lois E., his
fwther, Charles McNtinch of Mayville, and ihis mother, now Mrs.Nellie Minnick of Washington, D.C.
he is survived by two sons, Lyle,
former navy civil service employee
at Pearl Harbor, and Ray R., of
Battle Greek, and a daughter, Mrs.
William Ward, of Battle Creek.
