Cassandra was the daughter of Daniel Thomas Aston and Ann Hamilton Rutherford. She married Dr.Wade Neville in 1851, but he died 2 years later. She then married Dr. Henry Biggs, and had one son James William Biggs. She is buried at LaGrange Cemetery in Fayette County, TN. Her tombstone is marked "Mrs. C. H. Biggs".
