Funeral for Imagene Garrison Roe, 80, of Bridgeport was to be Wednesday, June 21, at 2 p.m. at Hawkins Funeral Chapel in Bridgeport. Burial was to be at West Bridgeport Cemetery. The Rev. Michael Wilther was to officiate, assisted by Bill Garrison.
She died Monday, June 19, 2006, in Paradise.
Born April 3, 1926, in Vernon, she was a nurse for more than 30 years. She was also a member of the Pentecostal Church.
She is survived by a daughter, Sherri Strickland and husband, Don, of Paradise; sons, Henry Roe and wife, Karen, of Valley Mills and Jimmy Roe and wife, Carol Ann, of Boonsville; brothers, Bill Garrison of Florida and Elzy Garrison of Wichita Falls; sisters, Lorene Frazier of Hurst, Mary Belle Dudley of Wichita, Kan., and Elsie Borders of Bridgeport; nine grandchildren, Melody, Heath, Courtney, Felisha, Chelsea, David Wayne, Brandi, Amanda and Cody; and five great-grandchildren, Calder, Haley Nicole, Brittany, Briana and Brooke.
Pallbearers were to be Heath Roe, Donny Strickland, Clayton Armstrong, Weldon Garrison, Barry Lightfoot and Marshal Pittman.
