Sarah was the wife of Marriner Wood Merrill (Sept 25 1832- February 6 1906). On her death certificate it has listed her occupation as housewife and that her cause of death was not known. "went to bed feeling a usual, got up made fire next-moving and was found dead on the floor. no signs" Witness who signed death certificate was Rhoda Hendricks of Richmond.
Sarah is the oldest child of William Atkinson and Phebe Campbell Atkinson.
