Husband of Mary Q. Hull

John G. Hull, 78, died Monday, May 26, 1986 at his residence in Anderson, after a long illness.

Hull was born in Jennings County Aug. 18, 1907, the son of Walter and Onna Kaster Hull. He was a buffer and polisher at the Fisher Guide in Anderson, until he retired in 1967 because of ill health. He was a member of the United Auto Workers No. 663.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Hull; two sons, Norman V. Hull, Andrews, and Newell M. Hull, Anderson; one sister, Amelia Hayton, Shelbyville; and four grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Thursday at the Weston Funeral Home, 2223 Nichol Ave., Anderson, with the Rev. Stan Hummer and the Rev. Burl Shenkel officiating. Burial will be in the Calvary Church Cemetery near Huntington.

Friends may call at the funeral home Wednesday from 3 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m.

The family suggests that memorials be in the form of donations to the North Anderson Free Methodist Church Building Fund.
