Lucille Elizabeth Reynolds

Lucille Elizabeth Reynolds, age 90, of Erie, died Thursday, September 16, 2010 at St. Mary's East. She was born in Erie on June 22, 1920, the daughter of the late William Joseph and Elizabeth Kantz Brown.

She was employed by the Erie School District for 30 years, retiring in 1989.

She was a member of St. Peter's Cathedral and was an avid reader. Lucille loved going to the movies.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter Ann Marie Toflinski, a son David Reynolds, and a great grandchild as well as by brothers; William J., James M., and Robert Brown.

She is survived by four granddaughters, Dawn Trojanovich, Judy Lata, Corine Reynolds-Kaiser, and Barbara Turner; two grandsons, Howard "Chip" Sipes and David Reynolds, Jr. all of Erie and several nieces and nephews, including a devoted niece Jane Hackenburg.

Further survived by ten great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.

Services were private and held at the convenience of the family.

Interment was in Gate of Heaven Cemetery.

Arrangements entrusted to Burton Funeral Home.
