Memorial services for Samuel Bodman Jr., 80, of Pompano Beach FL, formerly of Bement, were held Tuesday at Roux-Wright Funeral Home with burial in Bement cemetery. Mr. Bodman died Aug 12, 1988 at Pompano Beach.
He was born Jan 4, 1908 at Bement, s/o Samuel Wright Bodman and Carrie (Hammond) Bodman. He married Lina Lindsey on August 17, 1935. She survives along with two sons: James of Chicago; and Samuel of Boston; a daughter, Betty Jane Hoare of Omaha NE; 13 grandchildren; seven gr-grandchildren; and a brother, Wilbur H. Bodman of Marathon Fl.
Mr. Bodman was a retired real estate broker. He was a 1930 graduate of IL Wesley University.
